Classes will be taught in 7-week blocks. Each week we will focus on specific topics in order to provide retainable knowledge. Over the course of a block our students will be exposed to every basic position in Jiu-Jitsu. This creates a comprehensive curriculum that can be joined at any time.
This program will focus on the basic concepts of Jiu Jitsu. These classes will start with a standard warmup, including stretching and movement drills. Followed by basic Jiu Jitsu drills taught by the instructor. Finally, each class will end with position-specific live training. Making this program perfect for beginners and those looking to polish their knowledge of the basics.

Making this program a solid “in-between” that is optimal for both Beginner and Advanced practitioners alike.
This program will delve deeper into the sport of Jiu Jitsu, it’s “the next level”. Classes will start with a more challenging standard warmup accompanied by takedown drills. After drilling we will go straight into takedown-specific training. Followed by ground drills and finishing with position-specific live training. Making this program perfect for experienced grapplers and those looking to challenge themselves.
This program is for aspiring competitors or those looking to be challenged significantly. Classes will start with conditioning in place of a standard warm-up. Afterwards we will move into fast-paced, competition-relevant drills. Each class will end with situation-specific live training, geared towards positions that you’ll face in competition. All adult classes will be followed by an hour of sparring. These classes are no joke, but perfect if you want to push yourself to the highest level.
This program will be split into different classes by age group. For now, these groups will be ages 5-9 and 10-15. As we grow, these will be split into even more precise groups in order to provide children with training partners best suited to their size and comprehension. The aim of our kids’ program is to teach Jiu Jitsu/Self Defense in a way that is both fun and engaging while passing on values such as discipline, responsibility, and integrity.
